3.Visa is Non-Extendable
4.Staying After End of Visa Period May Result in Penalty and Imprisonment as Per Dubai Immigration Laws.
5.Visa is Valid for 60 Days from the Date of Issue; However, Visa Stay Duration starts from Date of Entry not the Issue date.

As Visas are issued by DUBAI immigration department there is a possibility of delay if there’s a technical problem or rush due to load on immigration systems (Public holidays etc), Any delay from Dubai immigration cannot be blamed on Visafordubai/Blue sky Holidays /Zain Travels as immigration needs to complete the security formalities as per UAE laws.Any delay due to security or Black list checks for individuals, Visafordubai/Blue sky Holidays/Zain Travels will bear no liability.Client needs to do all bookings and Travel formalities after DUBAI immigration has issued their visa and no claims for refunds on this basis will be a liability towards Visafordubai/Blue sky Holidays/Zain Travels.

We will ask your Passport copy and passport size photograph upon receiving all your personal details, you are giving us the right to use this information for us to process your visa application accurately and promptly.
All credit / debit cards details information will not be stored, shared, rented or leased to any third party.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:
CANCELLATION OF ALL TYPE OF TOURS BOOKED ONLINE IS REFUNDABLE IF WE ARE INFORMED BEFORE 1 WEEK ON DATE OF ARRIVAL. ANY VISA REFUSED FOR 14 DAYS AND 30 DAYS WILL INCUR A NOMINAL PROCESSING FEE OF AED 290. FOR A 90 DAYS VISA REFUSAL THERE WILL BE A COST OF AED 700 (COPY OF REFUSED VISA APPLICATION WILL BE PROVIDED).REFUNDS WILL BE DONE ONLY THROUGH THE ORIGINAL MODE OF PAYMENT.
